The Guthrie County Arts Council will host the 4th-annual Art in the Village on Saturday, June 8th, 10 am - 6 pm at the Guthrie County Historical Village in Panora.

There is a full line-up of music planned and Dale Valley Vineyard and Winery will be present, sampling and selling wine. There will of course be artists' booths with art for sale (applications are due April 19th), as well as children's activities, and food. Visitors are welcome to bring lawn chairs and blankets and stay awhile!

A Children's Halloween Activity October 13, 2015
From 5 to 7pm at the Village.

The Haunted Village, a collaboration of area businesses and organizations along with GC Tourism and the Historical Village, is a family-oriented Halloween activity that has been a huge success with over 200 children attending each year. Activities include games, face tattoos, snacks, storytelling, coloring, portraits, a haunted house, a hay ride, and much more.

▪ The Haunted Village is for children 5th grade and younger.
▪ All Children must be accompanied by an adult.
▪ Admission is $2 per child.
▪ Costumes are encouraged.



SQUARE FRIDAYS, located on Panora’s Historic Town Square, celebrates our local gardeners, bakers, artisans, and ordinary folks in and around Guthrie County by providing them with a venue by which they can show and sell their items to the community.

Our market is both a flea and farmers’ market and we encourage anyone who would like to sell his or her items to join us. Our market runs every Friday evening from 5-7pm, July and August, with free, family-fun entertainment.
